The elephant-headed Hindu god seated on a rocky bank holding his attributes in his four hands.

He wears a lotus crown and a scarf with a beaded necklace around his shoulders and neck.

His corpulent belly overhangs a pair of heavily pleated dhoti or pancha tied at his waist and draped over his legs.

Ganesha's vahana (mount/vehicle) the rat is shown amongst the rocks at his feet.

Mounted on an onyx base.


One or two small age cracks

5 3/8" ( 13.6 cm ) including base



Ganesh, the principal deity associated with
good luck and prosperity.
